6. Is my IP address real or fake?
By default, your connection is assigned a fake (private) IP address. If a real (public) IP address serves a valid technical purpose for you, you can request one.
Note: Both are dynamic. Requesting a real IP does not give you a fixed IP address — real and fake IPs alike are assigned dynamically. If you need a fixed real IP for business needs, contact our corporate sales team at sales@cyberia.net.lb for more details.
7. Do I need a real IP to access my CCTV cameras?
In most cases, no. Most recent CCTV DVRs and IP cameras work through cloud-based platforms, which let you reach your cameras remotely without a real IP address. Check your device's app or documentation for how its remote access works.
8. How do I set up my email?
Download "Outlook Configuration.pdf" for step-by-step instructions.
9. What is the incoming mail server?
Normal hosting — pop3.cyberia.net.lb, port 110.
