About ADSL
Using advanced digital technology, ADSL (Asymmetric Digital
Subscriber Line) combines the phone and data signals on a single
phone line, allowing the Internet connection to reach very high
speeds. The ADSL does not require any
additional wiring. With an ADSL modem, and for a fixed monthly fee, you
can connect 24 hours a day while still using your phone line for the
regular voice conversations at the same time.
The service is currently available in most Central Offices. Additional Central Offices are being added gradually to cover more cities and areas.
